Lucas Tree Experts is Hiring a Human Resources Administrator Near Falmouth, ME

Lucas Tree Experts has an opening for an HR Administrator in their Falmouth Maine Headquarters. This position is a full time, 40 hour per week position in Lucas Tree’s HR Department. Responsibilities for this position include, but may not limited to: processing & tracking Workers Compensation claims, incident reports and internal incentives-based paperwork; coordinating & tracking employee Arborist & Pesticide Licenses; maintaining DOT files; filing; faxing and data entry. 

DUTIES

  • Documenting Worker’s Compensation Claims
  • Processing Incident Reports
  • Tracking employee incentive-based paperwork
  • Coordinating & tracking new Arborist & Pesticide Licenses as well as renewals
  • Maintaining DOT files, ensuring CDL licenses & Medical Cards do not expire
  • Filing
  • Data Entry
  • HR Help Desk assistance

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Highly Customer Service focused both in person, over email as well as over the phone
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively both in person and over the phone
  • Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently, comfortable asking questions when in need of assistance
  • Must be flexible, highly adaptable and able to multi-task
  • Must be accurate in their work
  • Must be highly organized & pay close attention to detail
  • Must be forward thinking & self-motivated 
  • Able to look for efficiencies with current processes and articulate the need for potential change
  • Able to adapt to the shifting needs of a growing industry leader
  • Highly trainable & interested in long term growth with company

Lucas Tree Experts requires the successful completion of a post offer physical, drug screen and a Background check with MVR in order to be hired for full time employment.
