LTG is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our US accounting team. This is a remote or a hybrid role in our Raleigh, NC office.

Position Summary

The company is searching for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor who is interested in joining a growing company with a nimble fast paced accounting team. The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will be an integral part of the accounting team responsible for the application of cash, the payment of customer transfer payments and supervise the AR Team. The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will work closely with internal departments to ensure accounts are properly billed and payments are collected timely. You will also review account information, correct discrepancies, and refunds, apply cash, and speak to clients regarding payment terms. As an Accounts Receivable Supervisor, you are a skilled and thorough researcher with excellent communication and record keeping skills. You must be a detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated individual with strong math and computer skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coding and posting of cash receipts for multiple banks and currencies.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
• Respond to client internal and external inquiries.
• Assist with processing monthly statements.
• Work closely with collections team of 3-4 individuals.
• Handle special client needs and/or ad hoc projects to include weekly AR meetings.
• Process customer transfer payments
