Supply Chain Specialist 

NativePath is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. This combined role will provide purchasing support and promote daily purchasing guidelines and best practices for the department. The Specialist will assist in the daily activities associated with processing and receipt of inventory, updating daily sales reports by SKU sold, and monitoring stock levels. This role will also be responsible for reviewing inventory activity reports against forecast, reporting changes to the manager, and assisting with monthly inventory reconciliation and invoices for finance.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely inventory transaction recording, tracking, and reporting.
• Assist in the coordination of the cycle count program with 3PL providers.
• Assist in establishing a monthly cycle count process for all Native Path-owned materials at our co-manufacturing facilities
• Identifies inventory discrepancies, investigates root causes, and recommends improvements.
• Performs and assists with variance reconciliation and correct transactions.
• Ensures all ASNs and documentation needed for receiving are provided in a timely manner to maintain customer order fill rate and reduce lead times.
• Works closely with suppliers to reduce issues involving shortages, overages, and inconsistent deliveries.
• Ensure Purchase Orders are updated and ready for receipt. 
• Monitor and create purchase orders with appropriate vendors.
• Confirm supplier delivery dates and expedite orders as needed. 
• Update purchase orders for quantity and ship dates as needed and report changes.
• Support cost reduction initiatives
• Procure assigned SKUs with guidance from the manager
• Aid in the creation of new SKUs and UPC and QR codes for new products
• Update assigned reports daily, weekly, and monthly 

Qualifications:

• Proven 1- 3 years of work experience in supply chain management, logistics, and planning
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience 
• Expert skills in Excel and other software
• ERP experience a plus
• Experience working with 3PL’s
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop appropriate correspondence both internally and externally
• Strong attention to detail
• Work under minimal direction, organized, with the ability to prioritize commitments and projects
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively
• Demonstrated conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism
• Strong work ethic with off-hours flexibility and ability to travel as needed to periodic meetings
• Problem-solving skills: Must be able to solve unforeseen issues
• Analytic skills: collect and analyze information, problem-solve with data and formulate action plans

Work Location & Schedule:

• 100% Remote
• Monday-Friday
