Role Purpose Statement

General Purpose: Responsible for reconciling and gaining resolution between customer specific software and company specific software and ensure on-time invoicing

Main Accountabilities

• Review and reconcile daily billing for customers with customer specific software
• Communicate discrepancies and resolutions between our systems and customer systems
• Ensure all billing files are maintained and up-to-date
• Once billing is reconciled, ensure invoice submission to the customer is within 3 days of the bill period end
• Assist with miscellaneous finance functions as needed
• Assist with miscellaneous production control functions as needed
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Minimum one year of billing and/or applicable clerical experience preferred
• Comfortable holding others accountable for their work in a deadline oriented environment
• Verbal/written communication skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Analytical skills and a strong attention to detail
• Strong math skills (percentages, ratios, fractions)
• Strong organizational skills
• Problem solving skills; ability to make independent decisions
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
