Essential Functions Analyze reporting to Clients based on Statement of Work which will lead to policy adherence and ultimately cost containment. Present with CRVP the Business Review to clients, including service goals, costs, cost reduction achieved, daily maintenance, including Statement of Work opportunities, and overall relationship management. Identify and present to client opportunities to increase product penetration Lead new client activation for all clients assigned to portfolio. Be proficient in, and use extensively all LP systems including Sales Force, MIDAS, and The Client Management Tool. Manage assigned cases in Sales Force within established Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) Create or review/enhance and recommend fleet policy changes and enhancements to improve administrative time and cost savings to represented clients. Manage maintenance and accident repair approval over client parameters, including decisions on repairs and rental vehicle approval. Manage client inventory including driver assignments, moves and storage making decisions on behalf of client to provide best utilization of fleet vehicles at the lowest cost to client. Manage vehicle depreciation structure to tie with vehicle usage and provide optimal vehicle replacement recommendations based on fleet policy. Other duties assigned to ensure overall departmental efficiency. Other Duties Actively participate in corporate projects, i.e., Quality Improvement Process or Lean Process. Provide analytical and exception reporting, as needed, focusing on life cycle cost analysis – acquisition, maintenance, fuel and vehicle remarketing drawing conclusions and making recommendations from findings. Ensure data integrity for all billing and reports provided to clients. Understand yearly goals for assigned clients and create and execute on an actionable plan to support the client in obtaining those goals as related to fleet management. Report, oversee and manage “outliers” of the maintenance and fuel programs and communicate as necessary to senior management and drivers, including cost savings achieved. Ensure that departmental processes are designed and implemented in a way to mitigate operational risks / losses. Demonstrate aptitude to relate fleet performance to future outcomes and be able to communicate your findings of the analysis of fleet performance to your client. Earn Certification in the Client Services 12 Elements training module. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Job Specifications Leadership Responsibility: This position’s leadership responsibilities involve developing others, building and maintain relationships, managing effective teams and work groups, and valuing diversity and difference. Work Environment: This position is in Alpharetta, GA and Rolling Meadows, IL and operates in a professional office environment. Position Type/Standard Schedule: This is a Full-time position and hours of work are Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Travel: Less than 5% Education & Experience College degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 4 years of Fleet Management experience, preferably in the private sector. Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) certification preferred. Understand, create and implement a Fleet Leasing and Management policy. Strong analytical skills, proficient in verbal and written communication. Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel required, PowerPoint preferred). Proficient at Excel with the ability to run pivot tables and analyze data. Proficient at utilizing MS Project and Excel to manage client action items, milestones and analysis of costs.
