LPR is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager Near Delray Beach, FL

We have an immediate need for The Talent Acquisition Manager in the Delray area. Candidate will be responsible for staffing employees throughout the organization by partnering with leadership and management teams in various locations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Serve as a business partner to develop strategies and drive full-life cycle recruitment process for headquarters, subsidiaries, and across multi-site environments to support management teams and staff, minimizing cost-per-hire.
  • Support design, development, and implementation of talent review process to achieve results in the creation of top talent pool.
  • Experience and optimization of recruiting systems and technology including applicant tracking system, internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings, as well as conducting open houses and virtual job fairs
  • Establish an external recruitment strategy that effectively leverages agency partnerships and temporary staffing solutions while delivering a diverse
  • Partner with key stakeholders to support overall onboarding program and ensure a seamless candidate and new hire integration experience
  • Develop and maintain mobility programs for new employee relocations, existing employee relocations and seasonal site staffing needs (training, coverage…etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/MA in Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent direct related work experience
  • Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible experience in Talent Acquisition management role
  • Advanced proficiency in recruiting/pc technology and applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, One Note), Adobe Professional, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, ATS
  • Proactively maintain current knowledge of the agriculture and supply chain landscape and strategically activate recruitment efforts based on industry developments.
