LPI is Hiring a Marketing Content Specialist Near Berlin, WI
Day to Day
- Provide expertise in the Catholic liturgical calendar, responsible for scheduling and coordinating liturgical content with the USCCB and organizing information for our faith-based market.
- Update internal task management system for marketing content projects related to our external audiences.
- Project manage content with authors and marketing team to ensure scheduled deadlines are met.
- Oversee monthly and annual scheduling and payment of contracted authors and other vendors.
- Manage process and production of annual customer calendars.
- Copyedit and proofread marketing materials and customer content of all media types, overseeing compliance with copyright styles and data laws.
- Ensure consistent LPi voice and tone across marketing communications.
- Assist with miscellaneous marketing projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, and/or Communications or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in an editorial environment
- A solid understanding of the Catholic Church
- Multi-platform content experience: print, website, blogs, email, etc.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of HTML, Marketo, Salesforce (or other CRM) preferred
- Competitive Salary of $60k plus based on experience
- All Employee Bonus (up to $2000)
- A hybrid work schedule with 2 days per week in the office in 2024 and 3 days in 2025
