This an awesome opportunity for a Patient Service Representative to be part of a Magnet recognized community hospital, where our mission is to put patients first in everything we do. At Lowell General Hospital we strive to Be One of the Best Community Hospitals in America and our Patient Service Representatives will play a crucial part in accomplishing this pursuit.
Candidates must be available to train regardless of scheduled working hours between Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm for approximately three weeks. Candidates mustbe available to complete a combination of off-site training and onsite job shadowing during these time periods before beginning their scheduled shifts. Reliable transportation is required to attend off-site trainings.

LOCATION: Main Campus
HOURS: 48 hours per month and one assigned weekend
Interviews inpatients and outpatients with a courteous and professional demeanor to obtain accurate demographic and financial information for a medical record and billing third party payers and enters into hospital information systems.
