Overview

Low T Center/HerKare, leading providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, are seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) in connection with a planned expansion of clinical offerings and rapid escalation of remotely managed care options. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer service focused environment, employing proprietary treatment protocols and programs to help change patients' lives. 

Mid-Level Providers work in conjunction with a physician medical director and the Center Director to coordinate the care of patients receiving hormone replacement, targeted wellness (such as management of sleep apnea, weight control, hypertension, low libido), and aesthetic services (some locations). 

Candidates must have excellent medical and academic credentials, be technologically savvy, and able to effectively manage staff and operations at their location.

Responsibilities

As a Mid-Level Provider, you are an essential healthcare provider for all our clinics. You will love doing what you originally went into the medical field to do, helping people progress! After warmly greeting patients and listening to their concerns, you study their medical histories and perform examinations. Based on what you learn, you create and implement an individualized treatment plan. You provide ongoing observation and help patients maintain an effective treatment plan. Conscientiously, you complete the appropriate documentation of all evaluations, care, and services rendered. You get great satisfaction out of seeing your patients heal and enjoy a better quality of life!

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physician Assistant, Advanced Practice Nurse, or equivalent
• DEA Registration current, pending or eligible
• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
