Tribute is expanding services in Massachusetts and is looking for a smart, detailed and customer-service focused Client Solutions Manager to join our Boston team.

In this role you will work with prospective and current clients, their families, and other professionals involved in their care to ensure they have a positive experience from the start of their home care services. This is done by providing clients with a warm and helpful introduction to Tribute, overseeing the set up and day-to-day management of services, and developing strong and trusting relationships with clients and their families.

The role will involve weekly travel in the Boston area to assess and visit clients and has the flexibility to work from wherever you work most effectively when not visiting clients homes.
