Work with business unit to participate in requirements gathering to ensure they can resolve their technical issues. QUALIFICATIONS Education Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or related field required Four years of related experience can be used in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.Work Experience 2 years of experience in business analyst and/or business system analyst requiredSkills and Abilities Must proficient knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts. Must demonstrate PC skills including Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and related software as other corporate software programs and applications. Must demonstrate verbal and communication skills with the ability to interpret and communicate information with tact, diplomacy, patience and professionalism.
