Job Description Operators handle and maintain manufacturing equipment that packages coin rolls into boxes. Operators will oversee automation equipment on production lines and perform denominational changeovers. Performs basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure production equipment runs efficiently. This position is responsible for maintaining workstation cleanliness, cleaning equipment, and following safetyguidelines. Position requires lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling bags and boxes weighing 20-50 poundsper unit repeatedly. This position requires walking or standing most of the time during the shift and mayinclude stooping, crawling, and crouching over and under conveyors. Position may be required to workweekends and/or holidays. Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essentialfunctions. · Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain Glory coin production machines and the branches packaging equipment.· Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment as well as perform scheduled maintenance repairs.· The ability to use, repair and maintain machinery and tools.· Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.· Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.· Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and make adjustments.· Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and equipment and document upon completion.· Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.· Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to themanagement team.· Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.· Other duties as assigned. Competencies · Technical Capacity· Communication Proficiency.· Results Driven.· Good manual dexterity.· Initiative. Requirements· Repetitiously lift, without assistance, at least 50pounds from floor level to 3–4-foot level· Ability to move bulk coin with hand carts or manual pallet jacks Working Conditions · Work in a large area within a vault with little or no exposure to outside light· Full-time schedule can potentially consist of an average of 40 to 50 hours/week, with a minimum of 5 days during a 6-day period Job Qualifications As part of the qualification process for the Coin Processor position, a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE) is required.
