Longterm Health Management Service is Hiring a RN Director of Nursing (DON) Near Baltimore, MD
A Long Term Care company with multiple facilities in the State of Maryland is currently recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse to lead a dedicated team of nursing professionals at a facility in the Baltimore, MD metropolitan area.

The position of RN Director of Nursing will have primary responsibility for administering and coordinating clinical services and programs for residents. The position will directly supervise nurses as nurse manager and be responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations.

Qualifications / Experience Requirements
- Current RN license
- 5 years clinical management experience, preferably in a long term care environment
- Prior DON experience is highly preferred
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long term care administration.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- The ability to communicate well with employees and families about their issues
- Must maintain CPR certification
