Assistant Director of Nursing-RN
Longhorn Village, a Continuing Care Retirement Community located in Austin, Texas, is seeking an experienced ADON.
Under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services, the ADON plans, organizes, develops, directs and evaluates the nursing operation ensuring the highest degree of patient care. The ADON is responsible for the overall operation of the nursing department in accordance with current nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as applicable Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations, as directed by the community to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse with a current State of Texas License.
- Long Term Care experience required.
