$14 to $15 per hour plus tips
Longfellow's Coffee in Kinnelon, NJ is looking for baristas to join our team. Our ideal candidates are attentive, punctual, and engaged.
We are looking for full and part time employees who are able to work throughout the year. Morning, afternoon and evening positions are available. Weekend availability is required.
Longfellow's Coffee is a small, fast paced coffeehouse with a focus on excellent beverages, food and customer service.

Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Interact with customers regularly and professionally
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a barista or other foodservice position
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
