We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering questions, providing information about the property and its services, and responding to guest inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer questions and provide information about the property, its services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Process check-ins and check-outs.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to property policies and procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.75 - $27.10 per hour
