Job Description
Lone Star is seeking someone experienced in managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment. With exceptional communication, problem solving and customer service skills. The Director of Operations will ensure our OOS department has the capability to effectively deliver to both military and commercial clients. The position reports to the Vice President of Operational Optimization Solutions and will work closely with stakeholders and members in the line of business.
Responsibilities
- Track financial accountability of customer solutions
- Manage relationships with internal and external customers
- Ensure compliance, and effectiveness of solution products
- Work with business unit leader to identify obstacles and opportunities
Key Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills as well as verbal and written communication skills
Additional Qualities
- Ability to adjust to priority shifts throughout a given day based on urgency.
Education & Experience
- BS in Technology, Business or a related field
- 8 years of experience working in operations, supervising teams, and overseeing large projects.
