London Bridge Resort offers dynamic servicing for the needs of our timeshare clients. We are an effective and productive team seeking Rock star performers to welcome into our warm and inviting culture.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to provide personalized service reflecting our culture with each customer interaction. The Call Center Agent (Reservations) is directly responsible for making outgoing calls and receiving incoming calls, engaging with potential guests of the resort, answering inquiries, and processing reservations.

Essential Functions

• Make outgoing calls to prospective guests to invite them to stay at the resort for a discounted rate in exchange for a 120-minute sales presentation.
• Answer incoming calls for reservations from potential guests who are following up.
• Respond to telephone inquiries regarding company services.
• Assist clients with special requests and provide information as needed.
• Provide courteous and efficient customer service.
• Process reservations electronically in an accurate and time-effective manner.
• Confirm tentative reservations.
• Offer/sell resort activities, where possible, etc.
• Provide routine occupancy reports.
• Collect CC information to process reservation sales.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional and fun office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as desktop and/or laptop computers, headphones, and other technological equipment necessary to execute the essential job functions.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong telephone communication skills.
• Results-oriented with excellent customer service and people skills.

Schedule:

• 6 Hour Shift
• Day shift 10- 4 pm
• Afternoon shifts 2 to 8 pm
• Monday to Thurs
