We are looking for an individual who will be an Inside Sales Assistant - Commercial
There are two positions open at the following locations:
- 4800 Osage Street, Denver, CO 80221
- 930 N. Newport, Colorado Spring, CO 80916
This is a Full-Time position.
Lohmiller & Company dba Carrier West is a drug-free workplace. Pre-employment drug testing is mandatory.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
- Service existing customer base (SALES)
- Increase existing customer’s business with Carrier West (SALES)
- Review customer pricing
- Review product mix
- Ask for more business
- Maintain day to day customer requests
- Process orders via phone, email, online ordering
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to the customer’s requests
- Review open orders daily, ensure fulfillments
- Follow up on customer inquiries and quotes
- Account management
- Call assigned customers
- Develop business relationship with the customers
- Investigate and fulfill customers current and future business needs
- Follow promotional outlines. Including specials or events
- Quoting, Submittals and Orders
- Learn the Quoting Software and ECAT Builder Programs to prepare:
- Pricing
- Quotes
- Submittals
- Orders
- Prepare both Residential and Commercial Quotes
- Competitive pay
