Office Manager

We are seeking to hire an experienced and energetic Office Manager who is tech savvy and has positive energy.  The ideal candidate is well-read, self-motivated with attention to detail, very organized, flexible and enjoys the challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

Responsibilities:

• Assist leadership team with preparation of correspondence, presentations, service agreements, statements of work, diversity portal registrations, scheduling meetings, event planning and other administrative tasks.
• Supervise administrative staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure all employee/consultant records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status, contractual terms, etc.  Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in the handling of sensitive and confidential information and documents.
• Manage health insurance programs for employees.
• Interview, hire and onboard new recruiters.
• Complete onboarding tasks for consultant new hires; ensuring compliance with client requirements and respond to compliance audit requests.
• Work with employee and attorney on immigration filings.  Maintain appropriate filing documentation.  Obtain client letters and create vendor letters as needed for consultants. 
• Document and disseminate any procedure/policy changes to affected team members.
• Act as the SME for the applicant tracking system and POC for other vendors. 
• Maintain/order office supplies and coordinate office maintenance needs.

Requirements:

• 8 years of office management/supervisory experience
• Ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization
• Polished communication skills; proven ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels within and outside of the organization
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple time-sensitive tasks
• Willingness to learn, strive for constant improvement, and work as a team
• Staffing/recruiting industry experience a plus
