Job Details
This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer & LTL Carrier Relations.
This includes, but is not limited to analyzing and modeling transportation rates for RFPs and ad hoc analysis, proactively monitoring yield and margin metrics, analyzing Google Analytics (G4) and Google Ads for insights and trends, and various other detail-oriented administrative activities.
Job Responsibilities:

Perform complex, batch rating analyses for RFPs and ongoing rate negotiations

Create reports using Google Analytics and analyze results and trends

Analyze Google Ads performance metrics and provide recommendations on improvements

Analyze, upload, and update pricing tariffs and contracts as needed

Proactive review of carrier accessorial rules tariffs, services, and fees

Periodic internal/external research projects

Create and analyze reports on customer yields and margin performance

Help understand and measure marketing ROI

Review and segment customer data into logical categories for marketing purposes

General and specific reporting and needed

Special projects as required

College degree is preferred, but not required

Advanced skills using Excel

Expertise or certification using Google Analytics is preferred

Expertise or strong understanding of Google Ads (SEM)

Highly analytical and a passion for details

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of Tools
