Your ResponsibilitiesOverview: We are seeking an experienced Corporate Hospitality Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of hospitality services within our corporate environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for providing unparalleled service. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Hospitality Services Oversight:
Oversee all aspects of hospitality services, including dining, catering, and accommodations for internal Associates, guests and clients.
Maintain high standards of service quality and hospitality across all touchpoints, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to enhance hospitality offerings and streamline operations
2 . Internal Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Associates, Producers and C-Suite members while understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized hospitality solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedback, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution of issues.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
Recruit, train, and supervise hospitality staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring team members are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance and capabilities.
  • Event Support and Management:
Provide support for internal events, including meetings, conferences, seminars, and special functions.
Coordinate event logistics such as catering, scheduling, invoicing audiovisual setup, and room setup.
Ensure events are executed flawlessly, meeting or exceeding client expectations while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Financial Management:
Develop and manage hospitality budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effective operations.
Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure favorable terms and pricing while maintaining quality standards.
QualificationsQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in corporate hospitality management or related roles, with a demonstrated track record of success. Disney Institute or similar training a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant technology platforms.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in hospitality and event management.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, as needed to support events and client needs.
