Description:We are seeking a subject matter expert in multiple GNC disciplines relevant to the IRST franchise with a strong record of innovative work on tactical algorithms commensurate with that of a LM Fellow. The candidate will provide a senior-level presence within the ATWS program area. This is a Casual Part Time position.

Due to the classified nature of this program all work must be performed onsite and hold a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
* Concept-to-Deployment algorithm development
* Generation of IRST performance predictions
* IRAD scope development, TRL maturation, and ROI assessments
* Exporting/Importing IRST algorithm solutions to/from other programs across the enterprise
* Engagement with the GTS/LM Fellow community to troubleshoot complex problems in the domains of GNC, Multi-Target Tracking, and Discrimination
* Provide thought leadership toward the team's trade secret and IP capture initiatives
* Participate in proposal writing to support business capture opportunities
* Engagement with early and mid-career engineers to provide mentoring and knowledge transfer in the domains of GNC, Multi-Target Tracking, and Discrimination
