This exciting position will fill a critical need in the new and emerging area of protecting space assets. • As part of an Agile team, you will have the opportunity during your time on the program to work on Systems Engineer tasks across the full range of the Systems Engineer "V" from requirements and design to test and verification and everything in between including conops development, interface definition, analysis, and test planning. You will collaborate with the development teams, contractors, customers, and other subject matter experts. • You will work closely with your team's Product Owner and Associate Chief Engineer to support customer demos and various other milestone events. • The ideal candidate will bring significant Systems Engineering experience to the role, with potential to move toward a leadership role. This position provides the opportunity to be a part of the entire engineering life-cycle, where the candidate will be able to apply their Systems Engineering background at the lowest level all the way up through full system functionality. • Broad range of SE background with depth in at least 1-2 areas
• Experience with interface definition and documentation
• Experience producing quality technical documentation (e.g. procedures, test documentation, training materials, design documentation)
• Experience with testing (requirements verification, feature testing, and/or unit testing)
• Active TS security clearance to start and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
Desired Skills:
• Experience with CONOPS development
• Experience working on an Agile scrum team
• Experience with automated testing
• Experience with DevSecOps
• Experience with Cloud technologies and/or Software Factory
• Experience with signal processing
• Domain knowledge of planning and scheduling antenna resources • Domain knowledge of control and statusing antenna resources

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
