Description:*This role is for Second Shift*
-Setup and operate CNC or manual mills and/or lathes to execute the production of precision products.
-Make effective decisions when determining work holding methods and tooling selection for assigned tasks.
-Read and interpret GD&T drawings to plan, execute, and inspect precision products.
-Accurately utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, dial indicators, height gauges, pin gauges, and gauge blocks.
-Complete documentation as required by assigned tasks.
-Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as needed.
-Communicate effectively with leadership and teammates.
* MORI Lathe Experience preferred
Basic Qualifications:
1 year of machining experience and/or a 2-years of machining education.
Desired Skills:
-Mastercam programing experience
-SAP experience
-4th and 5th axis setup experience
-Aerospace industry experience
