Duties will include:
- Product owner for one element of the Army Ground Software on the Long Range Hypersonic Weapon program. Work on-site with software development teams in an Agile environment to define technical approaches and plan development activities for the Army platform.
- Support the integration of the SW products in various on-site and government labs
- Participating in engineering reviews, change control, design review and certification boards as SW stakeholder
- Ensuring company command media is followed and advocating continuous process improvement
Basic Qualifications:
- Professional experience with Java, C , or Python
- 7 years of experience developing SW in the defense industry
- Experience leading small SW teams
- Experience with Agile development techniques
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Final Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
- Experience developing ground software for various projects
- Familiarity with managing software across multiple configuration baselines and tool sets
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and environments
- Familiarity with Jira
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
