Missiles and Fire Control is looking for a Manufacturing Test Engineer for our Orlando, FL facility.
-Specific duties will include: Microelectronic RF component, device, and assembly characterization, troubleshooting, and dispositioning for repair of defects. Evaluation of RF test data. Test document development; test planning and preparation; test procedure execution; coordinate system resources to support testing; support test development, integration, and anomaly resolution as required; support off hours testing and associated projects as needed.
-This role requires knowledge/experience with electronic circuits, automated test software, manufacturing processes, and the manufacturing test environment. Additionally, the ability to interpret test requirements, implement requirement based test methodologies, and utilize statistical data analysis is required.
This role Typically has 5 - 10 years of professional experience.

-Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent related experience
-Strong working knowledge of RF test and troubleshooting including millimeter wave (MMW) components, devices and assemblies.
-Ability to interpret test results from RF testing using Network Analyzers, Signal Analyzers, and RF power meters.
-Working knowledge of test and troubleshooting of microelectronic assemblies.
-Ability to effectively communicate, cooperate, and contribute in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment.
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with other persons from diverse backgrounds.
-Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate through written and oral means.
-Knowledge of industry developments and trends.
-Experienced user of Microsoft Office software applications including MS Word, MS Project, MS Excel and MS Power Point.
Desired Skills:
5 Years of engineering experience
Familiarity with micro-electronic components (RF, Analog, Digital, Mixed Signal, and Electo-Optic), common electronic test equipment, and schematic reading.
Must be able to view solder, silver epoxy, wire bonds and small die/component features to determine if quality is probable cause.
Ability to review the Schematic and Test Requirements to understand functionality of circuits and which components and circuit path contribute to failure.
Expanding and maturing troubleshooting document to expedite recurring and similar failures.
Understanding of Network Analyzer, Power Meter, Function Generator, Spectrum Analyzer, Oscilloscope and RF Switch Matrix within test set.
Understanding Test Sequence and basic Software Concepts on running Test Scripts.
Utilizing Desktop Troubleshooting Station.
Data mining of all Measurements taken to look for Trends and Shifts.
