Description:This is a Customer Administrator position in the Lockheed Martin EO People Financial Services Organization. The overall team is responsible for Cash Management, Travel Compliance, Audit, Analytics, Commercial Card Administration, Document and Printing services, including Records Management for policy compliance.
To be successful in this position, the candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision and simultaneously manage multiple assignments, deadlines, priorities and tasks. The candidate must also possess effective analytical and communication skills and will need to coordinate with team members and other LM organizations in multiple time zones and countries. The position may require the performance of other duties as required in a changing environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Provide Tier 2 Subject Matter Expertise on complex expense report issues for employee and business area inquiries in reference to Concur expense reporting, including process support, investigating issues to discover root cause, determining alternatives and implementing resolutions
• Supporting process improvements associated with escalated Tier 2 Expense Report Helpdesk inquiries
• Perform data analysis to identify discrepancies, policy non-compliance and system requirements
• Create Concur expense related communication
• Maintain process and end-user documentation
• Conduct formal training sessions
• Support customer metrics and reporting as required
• Perform special projects/assignments as assigned by manager
• Backup Mailroom and Print Room for Lakeland, FL facility

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Desired Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in related business field
• Previous experience in an Accounting or Finance discipline
• Demonstrated experience performing customer service responsibilities
• Experience with Concur or other Travel Expense reporting applications
