Locafy is Hiring a Partner Development Manager Near Subiaco, WA

A Partner Development Manager's ( aka. Account Executive's) job is to coach, mentor, and grow Locafy's reseller partner network and Locafy direct customers to ensure they are comfortable and competent to scale their business while leveraging Locafy's unique digital marketing technology. The Partner Development Manager (PDM) has specific accountability for key accounts of which he/she will own revenue growth targets, adoption targets and advocacy targets. The PDM is the true & trusted digital advisor for their book of business they manage relationships, provide training and coaching, and deliver profitable outcomes to our partners.

The Nuts and Bolts:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in B2B SaaS direct sales
  • Minimum 2 years experience in selling digital marketing, local SEO Adtech, Martech, or as an agency reseller.
  • Bonus points for a specialized degree, such as a Bachelors in Marketing or MBA.
  • Highly motivated to succeed both individually and with a young and fast-growing company
  • Experienced full cycle sales rep reaching or exceeding monthly activity goals/quotas
  • Comfortable creating and building a qualified pipeline, leveraging existing industry experience and networks
  • Strategic thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiar and experienced with common sales tools like HubSpot, Loom, G Suite, and more.
  • Self-starter with exceptional work ethic.
  • A proven track record for developing, nurturing, and growing partnerships.
  • Ability to operate and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, and growth-focused environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage and continue to grow relationships with Locafy’s top-tiered channel partners.
  • Become an expert in assessing the use case of the partner and customizing your contact strategy, coaching and training based on their evolving business needs.
  • Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline; maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, virtual consultations & social selling. 
  • Responsible for hitting sales, advocacy and adoption metrics of success as well as providing timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility into revenue performance.
  • Track and maintain accurate information within Hubspot.
  • Serve both as the strategic and day to day contact for channel partners.
  • Become a digital product, process and sales strategy expert to position and sell effectively to the channel.
  • Have a deep understanding of digital marketing, local SEO Adtech, Martech, and agency reseller landscape.
  • You will act as a thought leader within the space and actively seek opportunities to increase Locafy's brand visibility.
  • You will identify new opportunities for growth within partnerships and ensure our key relationships support our larger business objectives.
  • You will develop detailed onboarding plans that allow for rapid monetization, adoption, and penetration within channel partners.

OTE $121,500 (Base Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year Uncapped Commission)
