Position Summary In this Customer facing role you will.... Provides high quality service and ensures customers are satisfied with Light and Wonder equipment Ensures that tools, equipment, and company vehicle are kept in safe and working condition Familiar with company systems, processes and procedures including but not limited to the functions of Zinc, Service Max and Oracle Troubleshoots problem down to the component level using internal diagnostic tests, options, and functional testing with currency Assists in training new employees and current staff Stays abreast of the latest technology thru provided training Verifies property specifications so game options and parameters can be set accordingly Reviews customer issues with management and technical support Qualifications Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years old, as required by law Valid driver’s license for the state in which you are based Basic electrical or mechanical knowledge Must be able to obtain and maintain Gaming licenses as required One to two years of experience in the assembly, testing, or repair of electronic devices or related field Education: High school diploma or equivalent. College level electronics training helpful. Work Conditions: The work conditions are representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations Some domestic travel required Must be able to climb ladders Ability to work weekends, holidays and outside their regular shift when needed Light & Wonder Corporation and its affiliates are engaged in highly regulated gaming and lottery businesses.
