LML Estate Management is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Maitland, FL

We are an award-winning, full-service landscape company looking for a full time Administrative Assistant with a strong background in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), QuickBooks, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be proficient in preparing proposals for potential clients, composing and editing professional client emails. This person also must be able to follow direct instructions, and have excellent typing and organizational skills. Candidates with prior experience in the landscape industry are preferred. Requirements but not limited to

- Highly motivated and experienced self-starter who is able to work independently, as well as assist the business owner and Office Manager with anything and everything to ensure an efficient and successful business.

- Proficient PC skills including composing emails, typing proposals and documents, customer scheduling, and data entry. Microsoft Office knowledge is a must (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Must be able to type 40 words a minute.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Highly organized and familiar with general office procedures.

- Able to work autonomously with little to no supervision in a small office environment

- Excellent writing skills with a focus on correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Editing of emails and documents will be required.

This is an hourly, full-time, long-term position. All applicants will undergo a background check and drug screening. Applicants will be tested on their computer proficiency and competence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
