Responsible for the design, development, maintenance, support, and roadmap of technical infrastructure that includes hardware, and/or system software components. Including but not limited to VDIs, PCs, mobile devices, printers, computer software, audio Video, and system management tools.

Essential Job Duties:

• Builds, tests, sets, and maintains standards for End-User technology within the environment [roadmap].
• Architecture tasks to include design, integration, and formal testing around workstations, printers, and other end-user devices.
• Responsible for the creation and maintenance of image builds and software packages utilizing tools such as Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune.
• Maintain test environment to facilitate developing implementation plans and gauging impact.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution.
• Manage and document system state configurations.
• Oversee complex projects, provide reporting and updates as needed; develops transition plans into production.
• Responsible for handling numerous third-party ancillary application maintenance and support.
• Engage third-party vendors to find innovative solutions meeting technology needs.
• Acts as SME to L2/L3 support staff.
• Participates in 24x7 on-call.
• Assumes other duties as assigned.
