Responsibilities

Move-In Coordinators are responsible for maintaining move-in guidelines, marketing programs, obtaining applicant information, screening applicants, completing the move-in process, and resolving resident concerns during transition to community.

Requirements

• Prior knowledge and experience with move-in coordination in an assisted living setting highly preferred.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Sales experience, particularly in health care services, highly desirable.
• Familiarity with assisted living and/or health care services preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to present professional image through appearance, behavior, and speech.
