Field Marketing Manager (CONTRACTOR)

Is event planning in your DNA? Are you excited by the challenge of delivering innovative events rooted in data-based decisions? We are looking for a highly-motivated and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Your day-to-day will focus on supporting activities at our hosted flagship events and 3rd party activations, as well as taking the lead on our internal commercial programs. You will fit the description of a high-energy, detail-oriented, effective field marketer, with excellent communication skills, that will allow you to win hearts and minds across our commercial, product and marketing orgs.

You will: 

  • Deliver flawless execution and production support for all our events; in-person, hybrid, and virtual, and including our LiveRamp, RampUp and third-party programs
  • Manage multiple, complex timetables successfully in a collaborative extremely fast paced environment
  • Work with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver our internal commercial events, such as SKO, and surrounding activities
  • Coordinate the delivery of event-related tasks, including content development, digital experiences, event offers and promotions, sponsorships, campaigns and landing pages, and sales outreach, working with cross-functional teams
  • Measure program impact, develop post-event reports and insights to generate learnings for improvement.
  • Manage external relationships (agencies, vendors) and work with cross-functional internal teams; design, content, integrated marketing, commercial leads and SDR’s, which support direct efforts and collaborate closely to develop and successfully execute programs
  • Provide onsite event support 
  • Manage and contribute towards creative problem solving
  • Create pre-event planning decks and post event summary decks for all stakeholders

About you:

  • 3 years in B2B field marketing and/or events/campaigns experience with a proven ability to deliver programs both in-person and virtually
  • B2B event & project management experience planning large, complex events & programs (product launches, conferences, executive programs and trade shows) Preferably in an ever changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional program, project, and time management skills – highly organized, detail oriented, results-driven, accountability with the ability to handle stress and last-minute, urgent requests
  • Experience managing booth properties, swag vendors, printing vendors, trade show management companies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and work across organizational boundaries, including a broad range of peers and executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Able to assess and prioritize workload in a strict deadline oriented environment
  • Results-oriented, customer-driven, and organized 
  • Thrive on teamwork and overcoming obstacles
