5 yrs experience minimum in networked environment. Bachelor’s in computer science (B.S.) is preferred.

Requires knowledge and experience working with Windows Servers and Windows Professional Desktop Client in an Azure Active Directory Environment;

Knowledge and experience working with Active Directory and Group Policy Management;

Experience with Microsoft Exchange Email system, Office 365, Azure and protocols;

Experience in supporting IIS, DNS Management, and Domain Registration;

Experience with Cybersecurity endpoint security software such as Bitdefender Gravity Zone, Sophos Intercept X with MDR support, MFA and SSO applications, and Microsoft SQL databases and Reporting services.

Cloud based call center functionality and telephony monitoring and configuration is preferred.

Salesforce experience is needed.

Under the general direction of the IT Manager, and in accordance with established procedures, has responsibility for providing technical and administrative installation and support for setting up, managing, configuring and troubleshooting the technology systems that we require to maintain computer and software networks. WAN, LAN, Windows operating systems in both a server and desktop environment, Azure, Office365, Salesforce, cloud telephony systems, cybersecurity software, SQL database and reporting services and a variety of application software are to be supported. Maintain adequate knowledge of existing hardware and software in use to maximize efficiency of the network and users’ utilization of them. Provide written documents that help instruct users on how to use specific systems. Supports and fosters the mission of the organization and its commitment to organ and tissue donation.
