We are seeking a Lead Product Designer to own design initiatives for rapidly growing product teams that are building an e-commerce platform and designs for multiple auction marketplaces targeting different regions in the U.S and Europe. Your role will be responsible for elegant, intuitive, user-centric design solutions empowering sellers and bidders. You should enjoy owning projects from beginning to end and be excited to have your designs seen by millions of people.
You will be working as an independent contributor for high priority product and design system initiatives and will manage two to three junior to mid-Level Designers and support their career growth. You will lead design review sessions, refine UX integrated product development processes, lead brainstorming workshops, and generally build a healthy and growth-oriented culture. This role is ideal for candidates who are growing into a leadership or principal designer track.
You will report to the Global Head of Product Design, you will be based out of NYC office with flexibility to work hybrid.
