How This Role impacts Live Oak and its People As an Information Security Analyst, you will be a key member of a team responsible for the administration of information security programs related to Identity and Access Management (IAM) for the company. These programs must assure that information created, acquired or maintained by the company, and its authorized users, is used in accordance with its intent and purpose; to protect company information and its infrastructure from external or internal threats; and to assure that the company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements regarding information access, security and privacy. What You’ll Do at Live Oak Administers, Develops, and delivers IAM related tools with security standards, best practices, architecture, and systems to ensure information security across the organization Manage, assess, and improve critical control systems to meet best practices, industry requirements, cloud security best practices. (i.e., SOX, CSA STAR, and others). Identify automation opportunities to create repeatable processes and use technology solutions to gain efficiencies in design, efficiency, detection, and response activities Conducts regular audits to ensure that systems are being operated securely, and information systems security policies and procedures are being implemented as defined in security plans Performs periodic and on-demand system audits and vulnerability assessments, including user accounts, application access, file system and external Web integrity scans to determine compliance Monitor and recognizes potential, successful, and unsuccessful intrusion attempts and compromises including external threats, cyber-crimes, internal threats and third-party risks thorough reviews and analyses of relevant event detail and summary information How You’ll Do It Deliver conceptual, logical, and physical security solution specifications. Translate business requirements to determine appropriate security architecture Assists with implementation of countermeasures or mitigating controls Improves information security risk-based programs to ensure the integrity, confidentiality and availability of information assets Build strategic partnerships with key vendors and partners in the Live Oak ecosystem. Understanding of Identity and Access Management systems and Privilege Access Management systems and how they relate to governance, identity lifecycle, and account management Maintains current knowledge of industry and regulatory trends and developments for the enterprise technology. Required and Preferred Experience 1-3 Years' experience with Identity & Access Management cloud platforms (ex. Azure, AWS, Auth0 etc.) and control platforms(IGP, PAM, etc.) Experience with complex security monitoring tools Self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment. Experience with network and application security programs; and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience is required; and Relevant information technology related certifications preferred, such as Network , Security , CISSP, CEH, etc Knowledge of the various industry and government strategies and standards in privacy and security including Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT), International Organization for Standardization (ISO), US National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST) and others where applicable Self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment.
