LivGenerations is the premier luxury senior living community helping seniors in the valley live fuller lives! We are seeking skilled Drivers to help provide transportation for our residents. You will help chauffeur them to various activities, doctor’s appointments, and shopping trips. Ensuring friendly service as they maintain their fun & vibrant lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Prepare in advance for all trips and resident outings; have directions, etc.
• Maintain van, bus, and car; clean interior and exterior and ensure they are fully operational and fully equipped (first aid kit, emergency water, etc.)
• Assist in maintaining maintenance records of community vehicles
• Transport residents to and from destinations safely
• Observe residents’ ability to perform daily ADL’s and social skills, communicate potential difficulties or opportunities to the appropriate team member
• Present a professional demeanor and an attitude of service, goodwill, and genuine interest in each resident’s need
• Assist residents into and out of vehicle in a safe and caring manner
• Secure passengers' wheelchairs to restraining devices to stabilize wheelchairs during trip
• Practice safe driving techniques at all times

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Sufficient fluency in spoken and/or written English to safely and effectively perform the functions of your job and to understand job assignments, instructions, policies, rules, and safety-related information.
• One year of experience preferred
• Willing to work flexible hours, such as evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Pass post offer TB test
• Hold or be eligible for a Fingerprint Card, First Aid and CPR if requested.
• Current Commercial Driver License / Valid driver license.
• Clean driving record
• Must be 21 years of age
