Senior Talent Acquisition Partner In the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support the dynamic talent needs by identifying, assessing and connecting the best talent to the perfect role. You will be recruiting for a wide portfolio of job profiles spanning a variety of disciplines. In partnership with the business, you will design innovative recruitment strategies to be executed with the business leaders, play a key role in leading recruitment-related projects and apply a strong layer of influence and expertise to your partnerships. #LI-Hybrid About the Job: Works with hiring managers and HR to clearly define requirements and responsibilities of new positions. Sources candidates through various methods and tools. Contacts potential candidates and conducts initial screening interviews. Compiles data or information to ensure adherence to all government regulations. Partners with the business and HR to understand the hiring needs and uses various tools/methods to source potential candidates. Recommends recruiting strategies in order to hire the best candidates. Identifies recruiting or hiring barriers and works to overcome them in order to achieve hiring goals. Create and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities. Lead status reports with the business and/or HR. Other duties as assigned. About You: Bachelor’s degree, Preferred in Human Resources, Business or related field Five Plus years of Recruiting experience Deep knowledge of recruiting and sourcing practices Advanced knowledge in MS Office Strong analytical skills Strong communication skills High attention to detail Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
