Senior Benefits Analyst This position works closely with the Sr. Manager, Global Benefits as a key resource to support the development, analysis and execution of US based benefit programs. Strong knowledge and familiarity with all US benefit plans and programs are key for this role. About the Job: Administer US retirement and health and welfare plans. Ensure all retirement plans (401k and non-qualified plan) are administered properly and in compliance. Ensure the non-qualified plan annual enrollment window is set-up and communicated properly. Complete annual non-discrimination testing, retirement plan audits, and ensure 401k administrative fees are assessed and used properly. Lead annual enrollment to support the benefit strategy. Fully execute plan design changes with vendors, communications and within the employee enrollment site. Ensure all enrollment feeds are sent to the appropriate vendors. Manage absence management process and answer participant questions. Responsible for the annual planning, administration and communication of the corporate wellness programs (physical and financial) to drive engagement and participation, including incentive campaigns, and annual biometric wellness screenings and flu shots at several US locations. Administer the ID theft and legal insurance protection program. Develop and implement new processes to improve accuracy and efficiency. Understand all legal and reporting requirements as they relate to all benefit programs (i.e. ACA, FMLA, ADA, SPDs). Assist Sr. Manager in annual government filings and audits and keep abreast of regulatory changes. Ensure all compliance items are completed in accordance with regulatory timelines (PCORI, 1094s, 1095s, other annual notice, etc.) Make recommendations for policy changes to ensure company remains in compliance. Draft, prepare and/or review communications for employees and HR including annual enrollment, EAP, wellness and 401k related communications. Responsible for updating mylittelfusebenefits.com site and other communications platforms. Responsible for employee communications curriculum (lunch and learn each month.) About You: Bachelor’s degree is required. Proficiency with an HRIS System, Workday preferred. 7 years’ experience in Benefits Administration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and solid experience responding to participant issues. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Strong presentation skills required. Occasional travel to other sites as needed.
