Main Job Responsibilities:

· ● Recruit students in need of assistance with reading, math, learning English or obtaining their GED

● Complete participant intake including case management, referring to outside agencies as needed

● Test Adult Basic Education, English Language Learners, and GED students at intake and after 30 hours of instruction

● Create individualized education plan/employment pipeline

● Recruit and train tutors, mentors, employers

● Coordinate classes, student schedules and evaluations

● Develop outreach plan for the local community

● Maintain NYSED Database, enter data into spreadsheet for non- ALE students

● Tutor GED students

This is a grant funded position for 30 hours per week.
