Allstate Insurance Lisa Faina Agency in Cooper City, FL is looking for a Full-Time Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team! Our team takes pride in customizing the insurance needs for each of our clients to help them inside and outside the office while also providing exceptional customer service. Our agency is made up of a serious yet fun/motivated group of people who we invest and value time/recourses in to make sure they feel appreciated. Examples include group activities, golf tournaments, extra PTO days and even promotions! We are also an award winning agency looking to grow our team to help even more people in the area. In this position you will exclusively be selling in Florida whole house (renters, auto, ATV, pet, etc) policies to ensure our prospective clients are better protected.

Responsibilities


  • Use your savvy skills to meet sales goals and developing insurance quotes
  • Sales goals includes bundling 76% of what you write (work with Allstate team to bundle) and minimum of 30 auto items per month
  • With your excellent relationship-building talents, you’ll be building clientele via warm leads to close sales
  • With your keen attention to detail, you’ll be cross-selling and rounding out client accounts.
  • Utilize your negotiation skills to overcome objections and win back former clients.

Requirements


  • Previous Insurance Experience is Required
  • An Active Florida Property & Casualty License is Required
  • Must be a self-starter with basic computer software knowledge.
  • Looking for someone with professional phone etiquette and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented, team player with professional office etiquette.
