This opportunity is within our Bid4Assets division.
The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for the funds of every bidder who submits money for a government sale on Bid4Assets. From a bidder’s initial deposit, through the ultimate collection of settlement funds or the issuance of a refund, the accounts receivable specialist processes funds via our banking, CRM, and financial software, ensuring every dollar is accounted for on its path to a sale or a refund. The Accounts Receivable Specialist assists with auditing to make sure only qualified bidders gain entry to a sale and that the final totals are correct. Deposit services also provides customer service and acts as the “financial bridge” that connects buyers and sellers for settlement, communicating to both parties when funds are received, or in default, etc.

Work Conditions/ Physical Demands: This is a hybrid position. The ideal candidate must have home office space and access to high-speed internet with relative close proximity to the Silver Springs, MD office for team meetings as scheduled.
