• $77,175 to consultants
• $90,975 to senior consultants
• $110,250 to associates
• $137,825 to senior associates
• $165,375 to directors
• $192,950 to principals
• $220,500 to partners and our executive director

All permanent team members working at least 20 hours per week receive full benefits from day one of employment, or partial benefits if working fewer qualifying hours. This position is Seattle-based with a flexible WFH policy.
