RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and deliver the full spectrum of the full cycle recruitment activities, from research and sourcing, through interview and offer, and all the operational and administrative work associated with those activities. Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
• Craft passive candidate marketing plans that drive successful recruiting while ensuring diverse slates.
• Be a trusted advisor to your hiring managers & candidates and have some influencing capabilities.
• Use Applicant Tracking System to track and handle interview slates to develop robust candidate pipelines.
• Deliver quality candidate slates by using both validated and creative recruiting methodologies.
• Be naturally self-directed and work as an individual contributor supporting an assigned client group.
• Guide interview team to use capability-based interviewing techniques.
• Help support Link’s diversity strategy to attract a diverse workforce to the company by hiring talented people of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and styles.
• Capable of working cross-functionally with matrixed teams to meet overall business recruiting goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience
• 5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience

• Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed
• Leadership ability: strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborative

• Established project management skills
• Experience with Workday
• Previous Fortune 500 corporate recruiting experience preferred
• Real Estate, Investment Banking and or Engineering recruiting experience preferred
• Stay in touch with industry landscape and market trends to bring new ideas to clients and team
• Proven track record of developing sourcing strategies to engage a passive audience

$100,000.00 - $110,000.00 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
