The Manager, FP&A role focuses on managing our newly developed FP&A solutions team, as well as improving the potential and efficiency of financial reporting for supported functional areas. The Level 1 Manager will be a leader in organizing the solutions team to best support our functional areas. As a leader on the solutions team, they will propose and develop methods of tracking and reporting data, that their analysts will execute on. The Level 1 Manager will also be responsible for helping develop the training and development program for our analysts. They will also intake ad-hoc analyses from executives and functional heads and take ownership of the output from the analysts who pull together the data.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible managing analysts that perform financial analysis and reporting for multiple functional areas of the business
• Support Ad-Hoc reporting and analysis requests
• Work closely with the key partners to develop financial processes in line with forecasting guidelines.
• Refine existing forecasting processes and models
• Develop analytics and other ad hoc reporting that provide important insights to the efficiency of spend across different departments/functional areas
• Manage accrual process for quarterly close, review actuals to ensure accurate accounting treatment and requesting journal entries when vital.
• Analyze the existing processes, tools and deliverables for effectiveness and ease of use
• Coordinate workload of analysts and understand their capabilities for ad-hoc requests
• Review and approve output of analysts

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree required; a minimum of 5 years professional experience required
• 5-8 years of demonstrated Finance/Accounting/Data/Analytical experience
• Real estate background a plus
• Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical/problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams across many levels of management.
• 1-3 years managerial experience
• Ability to meet tight deadlines demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ideal candidate is highly motivated and a strategic problem solver with the ability to see the big picture while working with ambiguity and uncertainty.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Basic proficiency in PowerPoint
• Experience with data extraction tools such as ESSBASE or Google LOOKER
• Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Cognos, Tableau or similar

$140,000 - $160,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
