Job Description
The Senior Recruiter will be both strategic and hands-on helping with the entire life cycle of the recruiting process. Responsibilities include ownership and facilitation of posting new positions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR on needs analysis, sourcing strategies, interviewing process, and selection.
• Utilize job boards, intranet, recruitment firms, and any other additional resources to post and source candidates.
• Identify, screen, submit and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates.
• Ensure that candidates are moved through the hiring process in a timely manner and maintain the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with hiring manager and HR on competitive offer package for successful candidates.
• Work with HR to administer pre-employment screening and coordinate onboarding process.
• Establish networks to build a pipeline of qualified applicants for open positions.
• Establish Lindt & Sprüngli North America’s reputation in our communities.
• Align recruiting goals to company strategies and business plans.
• Communicate with hiring mangers effectively and in a timely manner.
• Report weekly on status of open positions and other key metrics.

Basic Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience
• Familiarity with multiple job boards and recruiting platforms
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System
• Excellent PC skills including demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to interact with diverse people and personalities
• Maintain high ethical standards
• Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• Proven creative ability in sourcing candidates
• Experience leading hiring managers in recruiting process
• Ability to coach and influence
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment
• Self-directed and demonstrated personal initiative
