The ideal candidate will have broad marketing skills and be a creative and quick learner who thrives in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment. In this position, you will manage and collaborate on all aspects of marketing including campaign development and execution, web and digital development, measurement, customer segmentation and list creation, and customer relationships across the LL Global enterprise product suite.
The Web Marketing Specialist is a full-time position with a full benefits package that starts on day one. We also offer a ‘Work For Your Day’ extremely flexible hybrid schedule! Locations are either Atlanta, GA or Windsor, CT or potentially open to full time remote for the ideal candidate.
Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement website(s) through design, layout, branding, and functionality
  • Create images, icons, banners and responsive enhancements
  • Ensure functionality across devices (desktop, mobile, tablet)
  • Develop site navigation by categorizing content and funneling traffic through content and conversion functionality
  • Work closely and coordinate with key stakeholders and internal business partners to understand their needs and update content
  • Update and refresh website and ensure that focus is on an improved member experience
  • Upgrade site by updating content and designing graphics as needed
  • Maintain homepage daily; manage other site pages as needed
  • Support member engagement strategies
  • Create and implement data capture tools in the digital environment (website, targeted landing pages and email campaigns)
  • Leverage email platform to develop templates and distribution for targeted emails, drip campaigns and re-engagement activities
  • Execute effective, compelling and creative marketing promotions, value propositions and messaging
  • Manage email creation, campaign execution, tracking and reporting
  • Strategic planning and execution of strategy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all content and final approvals are properly incorporated
  • Monitor performance and results
  • Configure and implement Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Tableau
  • Identify and evaluate improvement options
  • Introduce new technology
  • Conduct site testing for functionality
  • Recommend and deliver appropriate information, benchmarks and metrics by collecting data, providing analysis and identifying trends to support those recommendations
  • Support the Member Engagement Team by gathering and evaluating data related to Marketing activities, programs, campaigns, and tactics
  • Create infographics for data-heavy reports
  • Document and update requirements for website and microsite creation
  • Develop templates of approved website layout, including forms
  • Coordinate with programmers and graphic designers as needed
  • Make changes to the site/microsites and update current information on web pages as directed by Marketing and/or internal business partners
  • Train/mentor other site editors, graphic designers and marketers in web standards and Google Analytics as needed
  • Create documentation for standards and processes
  • Provide web design and graphics support for other customer-facing HTML/CSS channels: learning management system, email platform, social media, and microsites
Required Qualifications
  • An Art, Design or Media-based diploma/degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years’ experience working on a corporate Web team or related online marketing agency experience. Must be familiar with latest online marketing trends and best practices
  • Ability to Hand Code with HTML and other languages
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Demonstrated understanding UX and UI best practices
  • In-depth knowledge of contemporary web-design trends and techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to offer strategic recommendations based on metrics/trends.
