We are currently recruiting to fill a Senor Research Manager to join our Custom Research Team based in our Windsor office.

Within this role you will broadly be performing these functions that touch on the following areas:
Develop research methodologies, collects and interprets data
Writes reports on study results, incorporating information from other sources
Maintain professional development
Job Duties will include:
Independently manage research studies across a variety of methodologies and complexities.
Consult on proposals, develop survey questionnaire and analysis plan, and provide insightful, actionable report to the client.
Work collaboratively with Research colleagues and Operations for deployment and execution, while maintaining overall management of project timelines.
Discuss changes in scope with Sales and/or clients as they arise.
Train and mentor junior staff on an as needed basis.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree with at least 5-7 years of related industry experience
Requires knowledge of the financial services industry, insurance products and distribution systems
Knowledge of survey research methodology and statistical analysis techniques
Ability to execute and manage qualitative research projects
SPSS, Market Insight, Microsoft Word and Excel
Located within a commutable distance to the Windsor, CT office
Skills/Knowledge
Strong speaking and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
