Esthetician Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with patients, advising how best to care for their skin.
• Perform a variety skincare treatment such as peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, HydraFacial and CoolSculpting.
• Suggest various upgrades, such as the use of specialized skincare products.

· Cross-refers to other members of the clinical team (Botox, fillers, lasers, surgery, etc.) as appropriate.

· Monitors equipment to ensure proper operation and maintains said equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

• Responsible for building and maintaining clientele.
• Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of advanced skincare treatments and skin care products.

· Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

· Involvement in creation and development of Social Media content for various platforms- (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).

Esthetician Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus.
• Current state esthetician's license in good standing
• Conducting thorough patient consultations to assess their specific skincare concerns and goals.
• Performing a variety of aesthetic treatments.
• Educating clients about skincare products, pre and post treatment maintenance routines
• Providing personalized recommendations and developing customized treatment plans
• Ensuring adherence to established treatment protocols and safety guidelines.
• Maintaining accurate patient records, documenting treatment details and progress.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional patient experiences.
• Monitoring and maintaining all equipment, ensuring its cleanliness and that it’s properly functioning.
• Upkeep, stock and cleanliness of treatment room including communication with management on all necessary items needed for treatment.
• Staying updated on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in aesthetic procedures.

Hours -Part time position- 24 hours weekly, with the opportunity to increase hours. (Hourly, plus commission)

Open Monday – Friday

Commission- Commission based on treatments performed and skin care products sold.
